I think that you should do a distro where you can execute like a live cd,(movix or ubuntu) but that use the 100% of the cpu only for games. Where you can play all games from windows, console’s games (for ex.you put the cd of the distro, put play game of playstation 2, take out the cd of the distro, put a dvd from playstation 2, and the game start without other problem). That detect only the necesary (tv or monitor, joystick, keyboard, internet, mouse, some drivers, and thats all)
